Mate in Spain started as a young company inside the hospitality world in Australia. We knew first-hand what chefs and venues were missing: real Spanish products, made the traditional way, that simply were not available here.

Today, Mate in Spain is a mature company specialised in hunting the Spanish products that bring quality and difference to your pantry and kitchen. We taste and choose directly from small family producers all over Spain: hand-filleted anchovies from Cantabria, almadraba bluefin tuna from Cádiz, Gordal olives, piparras, extra virgin olive oils and aged vinegars, with no middlemen in between.

We look after every step, from the producer's door to yours: retail formats for delis and shops, larger formats for kitchens, and specialised couriers delivering all around Australia.
