Mild
The Gilda
Paper-topped
Tangy, fresh and gently warm.
Spain's most famous pintxo starts here.
Almanaque's signature jars.
OUR STORY
The little green chilli every bar needs
Piparras are picked young, while they are still green and tender, and pickled in vinegar. They are mild rather than hot, with a fresh, tangy bite.
Almanaque packs them in their signature paper-topped jars. On their own with a cold beer, next to grilled meat or fish, or on a cocktail stick with an anchovy and an olive.
