OUR STORY
The vegetables of the sea
On the Atlantic coast of Galicia, Porto-Muiños harvests seaweed by hand at low tide and packs it in salt, so chefs can have the texture of fresh seaweed all year round.
They also make conservas that pair seaweed with the best of the sea and the garden: silky monkfish liver, and sweet piquillo peppers with kombu.

WHAT WE BRING
Sea spaghetti
Firm, meaty ribbons with a clean sea flavour. For pasta, salads or a quick sauté.
Sea lettuce
Bright green and delicate. For crudo, butters, tempura and finishing seafood.
Seafood conservas
Silky monkfish liver, the foie gras of the sea, and sweet piquillo peppers with kombu.
